Meet Tyson

The owner of Source Flow and resident of Hollister, CA, has over 17 years of industry experience working for leading water agencies in the area. Tyson is a state-certified T5/D5 water operator, possessing more than a decade of experience in treatment, distribution, and regulatory compliance. He also holds an Advanced Water Treatment Operator Grade 5 certification and brings hands-on expertise in sampling, reporting, and system integrity.

Tyson blends technical skills with strategic leadership. He’s passionate about mentoring teams, optimizing operations, and supporting water systems committed to delivering safe, reliable water.
